Del Amo Motorsports is seeking a results‑driven Sales Manager to lead the new-vehicle sales team and drive revenue in a high‑volume dealership environment. You will hire, train, and coach staff, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with regulations while meeting monthly goals.

You will coordinate with other departments, manage inventory levels, and maintain customer satisfaction through effective prospecting and follow‑up. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ motorsports industry experience.
• Ability to manage and motivate salespeople effectively.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals and processes.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, motivate, and monitor the performance of all new-vehicle sales staff.
• Set aggressive yet realistic monthly goals and assist on deals.
• Track customers, log leads, and ensure follow-up with buyers.
• Coordinate inter-department communication and inventory oversight.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and budgeted department targets.
