You will train, motivate, and monitor staff, set ambitious monthly goals, and ensure accurate commission and payroll processing while staying compliant with applicable regulations. A strong track record in powersports sales management is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ motorsports industry experience.
• Ability to manage and motivate salespeople.
• Strong verbal & communication skills.
• Expert software skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor performance of all new vehicle sales employees.
• Process commission sheets and payroll.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations affecting new-vehicle sales.
• Assist salespeople in setting aggressive yet realistic monthly goals and help close deals.
• Log and track all customer leads and ensure follow-up.
