Del Amo Motorsports of Redondo Beach is seeking an Experienced Powersports Sales Manager to lead and mentor our sales team at the Redondo Beach location. The role requires 5+ years in sales management within a multi-line powersports dealership, with a track record of success in coaching, goal setting, and driving performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of powersports sales management experience.
• Proven ability to coach and motivate a sales team.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of local market and dealership operations.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, motivate, and monitor performance of sales staff; manage commissions and payroll.
• Set aggressive yet realistic monthly sales goals and approve deals.
• Track customers and ensure all leads are logged.
• Coordinate communication across departments and monitor showroom staffing.
• Maintain inventory mix for optimal turnover and profitability.
• Oversee website development coordination with other teams.
