Del Amo Motorsports of Long Beach is seeking an experienced Floor/Sales Manager to lead from the front on the showroom floor. You will close deals, coach salespeople, and maintain a high‑energy, accountable sales culture to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires hands‑on leadership, meticulous attention to deal structure and CRM discipline, plus collaboration with Finance, Parts, Service and Inventory to ensure a seamless buyer journey.

Qualifications

• Proven sales management experience in high‑volume, high‑ticket retail.
• Hands‑on leader who coaches, motivates and develops the team.
• Ability to close deals and hold the floor accountable for results.

Responsibilities

• Desk and close deals while maximizing customer experience and dealership profitability.
• Be a visible, hands‑on leader engaging with customers and salespeople.
• Coach salespeople on discovery, presentation and overcoming objections.
• Monitor performance and address deficiencies before patterns emerge.
• Ensure CRM activity, appointments, calls and digital leads are followed up.
