Job summary

Motion Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support customers, process quotes, and manage orders. You9ll work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to ensure accurate pricing, delivery updates, and timely communication.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service or order management and strong knowledge of ERP systems for tracking and documentation. This position is based onsite in Fairbanks, Alaska.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with related coursework in business or customer service.
• At least 2 years of customer service, order management, or sales support experience.
• Ability to use ERP systems and recognize when to escalate issues.

Responsibilities

• Receive requests for price quotations, orders, changes, and cancellations from customers and partners.
• Provide responsive customer service and sales support throughout quote-to-order processes.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to ensure timely updates.
• Enter and track orders in ERP systems with accurate pricing and delivery data.
• Resolve routine customer issues and escalate complex matters as needed.
