Motion & Flow Control Products, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Anchorage, AK. You will receive quotes, orders and lead-times from customers, prepare quotations, and relay information to customers and suppliers while coordinating with other departments to process POs and provide service to the Outside Sales Team.

The role emphasizes ERP usage, accurate documentation, and maintaining high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written & oral communication and strong relationship building skills required.
• Detail oriented with solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook); willingness to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Receives requests for price quotations, purchase orders, order changes, and cancellations from domestic customers, OEMs, and distributors.
• Prepares quotations on standard and non-standard items and writes orders.
• Relays quote/order information to customers and suppliers; coordinates with other departments for PO handling and service to customers.
