You will manage OEM, distributor, and end-user accounts, selling precision gearboxes and servo automation solutions while guiding customers through sizing and system applications.

The role emphasizes technical discussions with engineering teams, managing major projects, and achieving territory expansion with significant travel across the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical sales experience in motion control/industrial automation.
• Based in Cincinnati/Dayton area.
• Engineering, Mathematics or Physics degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a multi-million-dollar sales territory across Greater Cincinnati/Dayton.
• Manage OEM, distributor and end-user accounts.
• Sell precision gearboxes and servo automation solutions.
• Identify new applications and guide customers through sizing and selection.
• Develop long-term relationships with engineering, operations and purchasing teams.
• Manage projects, quotations, negotiations and forecasting.
