Job summary

Evolution Motion Solutions seeks an energetic inside sales professional to own customer engagement and revenue growth. You’ll be at the center of technical problem-solving and customer relationships, influencing quoted opportunities and orders.

You will work with outside sales to win business, translate needs into practical solutions, and maintain accurate CRM/ERP data while advancing toward leadership paths. Base + commission drives earnings.

Qualifications

• 1–5+ years of experience in inside sales, technical support, or industrial distribution.
• Mechanical or technical aptitude related to motion control, automation, or similar.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships quickly.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and deadline discipline.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary contact for customers, delivering fast, accurate, and solution-oriented support.
• Partner with outside sales to develop and win business within existing and new accounts.
• Identify opportunities to grow share of wallet and drive incremental revenue.
• Follow up on quotes and opportunities to convert to orders.
