Xpertis Talent is seeking a Motion Control Sales Engineer to drive growth across OEM and manufacturing accounts in the United States. The role combines technical sales, account management, and solution development to help customers implement automation technologies including servo systems, motion control, VFDs, PLCs, HMIs, and robotics.

The successful candidate will develop and grow key accounts, identify new opportunities, and work closely with engineering teams to tailor solutions.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in Industrial Automation, Motion Control, Machine Building, Controls, Robotics, or Technical Sales.
• Working knowledge of Servo Systems, Drives, VFDs, PLCs, HMIs, Robotics, and Machine Automation.

Aufgaben

• Develop and grow OEM, machine builder, and industrial manufacturing accounts.
• Identify new automation and motion control opportunities within existing and prospective customers.
• Work directly with engineering teams to understand application requirements and recommend technical solutions.
• Support projects involving servo drives & motors, VFDs, PLC/HMI platforms, robotics, and integrated machine control systems.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, forecasts, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through CRM.
• Manage customer relationships from initial discovery through order execution and project handoff.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and applications teams to deliver effective automation solutions.
• Represent the business at customer meetings, industry events, and technical presentations.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in Industrial Automation, Motion Control, Machine Building, Controls, Robotics, or Technical Sales
• Working knowledge of Servo Systems, Drives, VFDs, PLCs, HMIs, Robotics, and Machine Automation
• Experience developing customer relationships, managing sales opportunities, and delivering technical solutions
• Ability to read technical drawings and communicate effectively with engineering and operations teams
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
