Job summary

Kyntronics, Solon-based, is seeking an Inside Salesperson to support sales and application development for its Electro-Hydraulic & Motion Control products. This hands-on role promotes innovative technology solutions across multiple markets and geographic territories.

You will work with engineering to create customer solutions, manage leads in HubSpot, prepare proposals, and help drive growth while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in industrial, mechanical, hydraulic, or electromechanical products.
• Comfortable discussing technical concepts with engineers, OEMs, distributors, and end users.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team by delivering system solutions and promoting motion control technologies.
• Follow up with customers and channels to close opportunities.
• Collaborate with Engineering to develop customer solutions and proposals.
• Contribute to marketing tools and lead generation activities.
• Assist in tactical sales plans for profitable growth.
• Ensure VOC feedback informs new products and solutions.
