Job summary

Kyntronics, Solon-based, is seeking an Inside Salesperson to support sales and application development for its Electro-Hydraulic & Motion Control products. This hands-on role promotes innovative technology solutions across multiple markets and geographic territories.

You will work with engineering to create customer solutions, manage leads in HubSpot, prepare proposals, and help drive growth while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Job description

Solon Ohio-based, Motion Control products manufacturer has an immediate opening for an Inside Salesperson to support the sales and application development efforts for Kyntronics’ unique Electro-Hydraulic & Motion Control Products. This is a hands‑on role promoting innovative technology solutions into multiple vertical market segments and geographic territories.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• 1. Support the sales team providing system solutions as required. Be familiar with motion control & motion solutions.
• 2. Follow up with customers & channels regarding opportunities to assist in closing.
• 3. Collaborate closely with Engineering to develop customer solutions including professional proposal generation, customer presentation and assisting with closing business.
• 4. Collaborate in the development of effective marketing communications tools to promote lead generation in target markets. Follow up as required.
• 5. Assist with developing and implement tactical marketing and sales plans, consistent with long‑range strategic plans for profitable business growth in conjunction with Kyntronics management.
• 6. Ensure the voice of the customer (VOC) is communicated throughout the organization and is a critical input into new products and customer solutions.
• 7. Prepare periodic reviews and reports.
• 8. Experience using HubSpot CRM for lead management, pipeline tracking, marketing campaigns, and sales reporting.
• 9. Other duties as applicable.

• 1. Familiar with motion control & developing system solutions (drive & motor control).
• 2. Strong technical skills. Able to easily grasp product capabilities and effectively communicate technical solutions to prospects and customers.
• 4. Experience using HubSpot CRM for lead management, pipeline tracking, marketing campaigns, and sales reporting.
• 5. Excellent communications and inter‑personal skills (verbal and non‑verbal) -- including the key trait of listening about and understanding customer issues.
• 6. Builds relationships with customers and internal team members.
• 7. Hard‑working, hands‑on, with a strong sense of urgency… “get the job done” approach.
• 8. Respect for others, high integrity.
• 9. Excellent computer skills and highly proficient using Microsoft Office suite.

Qualifications:

• 1. Strong technical background in industrial, mechanical, hydraulic, or electromechanical products is strongly preferred.
• 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience successfully supporting highly engineered products both directly and through sales channels is required. Experience with mechatronic solutions is preferred.
• 3. Experience with Motion Control products and markets is required.
• 4. Strong professional references.
• 5. Comfortable discussing technical concepts with engineers, OEMs, distributors, and end users.
