Job summary

Kyntronics, based in Solon, Ohio, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to support sales for its innovative Servo Hydraulic Products. This hands-on role involves direct promotion into multiple market segments and ensures effective channel management.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and possess at least 2 years of successful sales experience in highly engineered products. The position includes regular travel and a focus on developing customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in selling highly engineered products.
• Experience with Motion Control products and/or Hydraulic Systems preferred.
• Proven track record of sales achievements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing & supporting the sales channels with joint sales calls.
• Collaborate closely with Applications Engineering to develop customer solutions.
• Identify and attend key trade shows focused on cultivating new business opportunities.
