Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; at least one year in mortgage lending or a related field.
• Not required to hold an active MLO license.
• Able to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication; responsive and customer-focused.
• Proficient with data entry, PDF software, Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist originator with appointment setting and lead follow-up.
• Pull and update credit reports and AUS findings for licensed teammates.
• Prepare and submit loan applications and related documents to processing.
• Maintain loan file status, collect documents, and monitor key dates.
• Provide administrative support and maintain referral source relationships.
