Guild Mortgage Company is seeking a Transaction Coordinator to assist originators in building loan files, coordinating appointments, and handling administrative duties through lead to contract and contract to close stages.

The role supports processing teams by managing databases, pulling credit, and ensuring timely communication with clients and referral sources while upholding policies. A strong focus on accuracy and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; 1 year total experience in Mortgage lending or related field.
• Strong detail orientation and highly organized; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with data entry, PDF software programs, Microsoft Word, and Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Assist originator in appointment setting with prospective and new applicants.
• Provide administrative support managing client databases and send online pre-qualification links.
• Pull and prep web applications and other admin duties, including updating credit reports and AUS findings.
• Set and confirm appointments for the originator and manage calendar; communicate with customers throughout the process.
• Monitor key dates and send loan forms, disclosures, and supporting documentation to customers.
