Job summary

You will schedule appointments, pull credit reports, manage databases, send disclosures, track milestones, and maintain strong communication with customers and referral sources while adhering to safety and privacy policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, along with a minimum of one year total experience in Mortgage lending or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency with data entry, PDF software, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist originator with appointment setting and client follow-up.
• Prepare and send loan disclosures and collect documents for processing.
• Monitor loan timelines and provide status updates to customers/referral sources.
• Order required verifications and run credit on loans as assigned.
• Maintain client databases and coordinate marketing/compliance activities.
