Job summary

FICS - Financial Industry Computer Systems, Inc is seeking a Mortgage Loan Servicing System Support professional who will ensure clients receive outstanding support for our mortgage loan servicing software. You will bring 3-5 years in residential mortgage loan servicing, with expertise in escrow, ARM analysis, payment processing, and IRS reporting.

As a System Support team member, you will troubleshoot issues, answer inquiries, and deliver hands-on training and webinars. Travel within the U.S.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in residential mortgage loan servicing is required.
Experience with investor reporting (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae) preferred.
Strong knowledge of mortgage loan servicing principles (escrow, ARM analysis, payment processing, IRS reporting).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Windows-based software and standard business tools.

Responsibilities

Serve as the go-to resource for clients, troubleshooting issues and answering inquiries.
Deliver training and conduct webinars for clients on our servicing software.
Participate in software testing to ensure product quality and performance.
Help clients navigate mortgage servicing workflows and reporting requirements.
