FICS is seeking an enthusiastic customer service member to join the Web Applications System Support team in Addison, TX. The role focuses on helping customers navigate the online mortgage process and ensuring a smooth user experience.

Responsibilities include communicating with customers via phone and email, training users on the FICS software, conducting webinars, and participating in testing for quality assurance to improve overall product reliability.

Qualifications

• Ability to convey patience and understanding to customers in person, over the phone and via e-mail.
• Technical acuity and interest in maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving web applications for optimized functionality and a prime user experience.
• Knowledge of testing web applications for quality and ease of use.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
