Job summary

FICS is excited to announce an opening for a Mortgage Loan Servicing System Support professional who will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive unparalleled support for our mortgage loan servicing software. We seek an individual with a solid background in residential loan servicing, ideally with at least three years of hands‑on experience.

Qualifications

3‑5 years of experience in residential mortgage loan servicing.
Experience with investor reporting (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and/or Ginnie Mae) preferred.
Strong knowledge of mortgage loan servicing principles, including escrow administration, ARM analysis, payment processing, and IRS reporting.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Quick ability to learn other software used by FICS in a Windows environment.
Willingness to travel within the U.S. as necessary.

Responsibilities

Act as the go-to resource for clients, troubleshooting issues and answering inquiries.
Provide training on our mortgage servicing software solutions.
Conduct hands-on training sessions and webinars.
Participate in software testing to ensure top‑notch product performance.
