Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recent customer service experience.
• Call center experience preferred, but recent front desk or administrative experience may be considered.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable handling customer concerns over the phone throughout the workday.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using a Windows PC and navigating multiple applications.
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
• Reliable transportation for required on-site work.
• Reliable internet connection for hybrid work.

Responsibilities
