Job summary

Unlock Technologies, Inc. in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Servicing Representative to resolve customer inquiries, coordinate with title agents, escrow and loan officers, and manage complex servicing cases such as refinances, property sales, and buyouts.

You will monitor homeowner financial health, support intervention campaigns, and ensure compliance with servicing guidelines while contributing to workflow improvements and data analytics to boost customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years in FinTech operations, mortgage operations, title, escrow, or appraisal.
• Excellent oral and written communication; ability to explain complex financial information.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of work.
• Collaborative, proactive, and able to seek support when needed.
• Hybrid role: able to work onsite in Tempe, AZ on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end servicing events such as refinances, owner buyouts, and home sales to ensure exceptional customer experience and accurate recoupment of settlement funds.
• Research, analyze, and resolve mortgage operation inquiries via phone and email.
• Improve workflows, optimize processes for efficiency, reduce resolution times, and ensure accurate payoff demands.
• Coordinate and maintain relationships with title agents, escrow officers, and loan officers.
• Monitor homeowner financial health, leveraging credit and lien monitoring to support interventions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and servicing guidelines, including non-performing assets.
• Use data analytics to monitor trends and track KPIs for decision-making.
• Oversee servicing tools including CRM and CX platforms, contributing to system enhancements and quality control.
• Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
