Job summary

Unlock is seeking a Servicing Representative in Tempe to resolve customer inquiries and coordinate with title agents, escrow officers, and loan officers for refinancing, buyouts, and home sales. You will monitor financial health and support intervention campaigns while ensuring compliance with servicing guidelines.

You will enhance workflows, contribute to data analysis, and optimize CRM and CX tools to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years in FinTech or mortgage operations.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail; can manage high volumes of work.
• Hybrid role: onsite at Tempe, AZ office Mondays and Wednesdays.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of standard servicing events such as refinances, owner buyouts, and home sales.
• Research, analyze, and resolve customer inquiries related to mortgage operations and HEAs via phone and email.
• Oversee and enhance workflows to improve efficiency and reduce resolution times.
• Coordinate and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders (title agents, escrow officers, loan officers).
• Monitor homeowner financial health and support intervention campaigns and compliance with guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and servicing guidelines; monitor KPIs.
• Utilize data analytics to monitor trends and drive decisions.
• Oversee servicing tools (CRM, CX platforms, chat, phone systems) and contribute to improvements.
