Job summary

Fay Servicing is seeking a skilled professional to administer interim servicing processes for Retail and Correspondent channels, coordinating first payment collection, borrower communications, and escrow reconciliation.

The role supports the Transaction Management Desk and requires 5+ years in mortgage servicing, with proficiency in Encompass and MS Office, in a hybrid environment with emphasis on accuracy and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field (or equivalent combination of years of experience with High School diploma/GED).
• 5+ years of mortgage industry experience, including at least 3 years in a mortgage servicing environment.
• 2+ years of experience in a direct-to-consumer mortgage servicing role.
• Prior experience delivering loan files, data and documentation to end investors or third-party entities.
• Proficiency with Encompass or a similar loan origination system.
• Strong skills and experience in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and oversight of first payment collection and application.
• Manage borrower communications and disclosures.
• Oversee escrow reconciliation and investor transfer notices during the period between loan origination and investor boarding or transfer.
• Ensure compliant handling of RESPA-required timelines.
