Qualifications

• 1+ year of recent customer service experience.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Front desk/administrative experience may be considered.
• Retail or food service experience alone does not meet experience requirement.
• Comfortable working on a Windows PC and navigating multiple software applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and be primary contact for mortgage servicing inquiries.
• Assist customers with mortgage payments, escrow accounts, and insurance questions.
• Research inquiries using multiple systems and document interactions per policy.
• Provide timely, accurate, and professional service while meeting quality and compliance standards.
• Communicate professionally with borrowers, insurers, and financial institutions.
