Job summary

United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM) seeks a Customer Care Servicing Specialist to be the primary contact for mortgage clients on our Pontiac, MI campus. You will maintain long-standing relationships and guide clients through inquiries and requests.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls and emails, work servicing reports, and collaborate with the sub-servicer, strengthening client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in customer service with high call volume or 1+ year in mortgage industry
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in Excel (vlookups, formulas, PivotTables) and MS Office
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment
• Ability to multitask and adapt
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Onsite, full-time attendance

• Handle incoming calls from clients and respond to emails
