Job summary

United Wholesale Mortgage in Michigan is seeking a Customer Care Servicing Specialist to be the main contact for mortgage clients, providing exemplary service over the phone and via email.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to client inquiries, participate in reporting, assist sub-servicers, and cross-train across the Servicing team to broaden coverage. This is an onsite, full-time position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in customer service dealing with a high volume of calls or mortgage industry experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, including vlookups, formulas and PivotTables.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to multitask and adapt.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Onsite, full-time attendance.

Responsibilities

• Accepting inbound calls from all clients.
