Job summary

Bangor Savings Bank in Bangor, Maine, is seeking a Mortgage and Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist for a full-time role offering both remote and on-site work options. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for mortgage and consumer loan servicing, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Maintain compliance with policies and procedures and audit readiness.
• Process payments, reconcile accounts, and allocate to financial institutions and/or government entities.
• Review loan documentation and perform general ledger reconciliations and maintenance.
• Provide training to colleagues and assist with complex issues/projects as needed.
