Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in a financial servicing role.
• 2+ years of MSP experience.
• Familiarity with mortgage regulations and investor guidelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workflow of payments, payoffs, MSP tasks, and cashiering processes.
• Perform complex processing for consumer loan products including account research and reconciliation.
• Train new colleagues and cross-train existing staff.
• Complete QC testing for team members.
• Respond to internal and external customers in writing.
• Participate in system upgrades and testing.
• Collaborate with management, risk, compliance and audit.
