Job summary

With 1-3 years of banking experience, you will work with the Loan Servicing Analyst, manage daily tasks, and provide excellent service in a hybrid in-office/remote work environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of banking experience.
• Experience with bank core provider system preferred (COCC).
• Strong telephone techniques and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor vehicle titles (electronic and physical).
• Handle loan servicing maintenance and/or modifications.
• Assist customers with inquiries via call center channels.
• Review payoff letters for accuracy and compliance.
• Support daily quality control reviews of indirect auto loans.
• Monitor department email requests and route to proper team.
