Job summary

You will coordinate with brokers, borrowers, and the Loan Officer, prepare closing docs, order appraisals, maintain files, and provide excellent customer service while upholding Bank values.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years’ experience in mortgage or loan processing/servicing.
• Computer literate with word processing and spreadsheet apps.
• Experience with loan processing systems desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process and close residential loan applications and related files.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of closing packages with brokers for closing; follow up on missing information.
• Order property appraisals as required and monitor until completed.
• Respond to borrowers and brokers; provide status updates and maintain files.
