Citizens Bank Minnesota seeks a Mortgage Loan Servicing & Processing Specialist to manage Freddie Mac loan reporting and escrow activities for residential and HELOC portfolios.

You will support the loan processing team with closings, renewals, and extensions while ensuring accuracy and compliance across escrow and tax-related tasks.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Computer and mathematical skills required.
Oral and written communication skills required.
Customer service experience beneficial but not required.
Loan processing experience beneficial but not required.
Banking experience beneficial but not required.
Experience with legal documents beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

Ensure daily accurate reporting of Freddie Mac loans including payments, payoffs and new loans.
Complete Freddie Mac monthly account reconciliation and monthly delinquency reporting.
Prepare and verify escrow analysis for all loans and provide documents to client monthly.
Disburse payments from escrow accounts timely (insurance, taxes, PMI).
Provide monthly private mortgage insurance reporting.
Track all residential and commercial escrowed/escrowed taxes and policies.
Scan and index documents into Synergy.
Annually verify taxes on all properties are current.
Assist loan processing team with processing and closing loans for secondary market, in-house portfolio loans and HELOCs.
Assist with consumer real estate mortgage renewals and HELOC extensions.

Job Responsibilities

Ensure daily accurate reporting of Freddie Mac loans including payments, payoffs and new loans.
Complete Freddie Mac monthly account reconciliation and monthly delinquency reporting.
Prepares for and verifies the escrow analysis process for all loans and provides necessary documents to client monthly.
Disburses payments from escrow accounts, in a timely matter, including homeowner’s insurance, flood insurance, property taxes, and PMI.
Provide monthly private mortgage insurance reporting.
Responsible for tracking all residential homeowners’ insurance (escrowed and non-escrowed) and tracking commercial escrowed policies.
Scan and index documents into Synergy.
Annually verify taxes on all properties are current.
Assist the loan processing team with processing and closing loans for the sale into the secondary market, in-house portfolio loans and Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOC) for the bank’s portfolio.
Assist the loan processing team with consumer real estate mortgage renewals and HELOC extensions.
