Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process complex consumer loan servicing transactions including modifications and investor onboarding.
• Review loan documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Monitor flood and hazard insurance, ensuring coverage and timely payments.
• Perform monthly reconciliations for investor portfolios and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with servicing projects, testing, and process improvements.
• Respond to inquiries from customers, attorneys, and internal staff.
• Serve as backup for critical servicing functions.
