Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and experience using databases or ticketing systems to track inquiries.
• Strong writing and editorial skills with a focus on precise consumer communications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor electronic messaging systems to ensure inquiries receive responses within a 24-hour timeframe.
• Conduct independent research across business areas to gather details for accurate responses.
• Draft clear, grammatically correct correspondence addressing member inquiries about mortgage servicing.
• Analyze, research, and draft responses to Qualified Written Requests and servicing correspondence within regulatory deadlines.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, default, and legal teams to verify information accuracy.
• Manage the internal concerns database and ensure timely contributions from business units.
