Responsibilities

• Monitor RightNow eMessage system with 24-hour turnaround.
• Compose correspondence to member inquiries on mortgage servicing.
• Research and respond to Qualified Written Requests and RESPA/CFPB notices.
• Collaborate with Compliance and related teams as needed.
• Ensure accuracy and adherence to company style and deadlines.
• Coordinate escalated concerns from regulators or attorneys.
• Manage CQAR database for letters used by Mortgage Servicing.
• Coordinate with Corporate Correspondence and Mortgage Servicing Support.
