Job summary

Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in banking and/or lending with knowledge of residential property types.
- Knowledge of mortgage products and lending guidelines.
- SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliance within 30 days of employment.
Responsibilities
- Execute mortgage marketing and development plans to meet production goals.
- Maintain knowledge of mortgage strategies, policies, and investor guidelines.
- Adhere to Truist policies and applicable state and federal regulations.
- Provide mortgage advice based on client needs and Truist products.
- Refer mortgage clients to other bank solutions to deepen opportunities.
- Assist with document follow-up for fulfillment and post-closing review.
