Truist is seeking a Mortgage Marketing representative in King of Prussia to drive mortgage sales and referrals while adhering to bank policies and regulatory guidelines. You will advise clients on Truist Mortgage products and coordinate with internal teams to support loan fulfillment.

The role requires knowledge of residential mortgage lending, strong communication skills, and a compliance-focused approach. Travel and overtime may be needed as business requires.

Competenze

• 1+ year in banking or lending with residential property knowledge.
• Solid communication, organizational and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with Truist policies, procedures and state/federal rules.
• SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliance within 30 days of employment.
• Ability to refer mortgage clients to other bank solutions.

• Execute mortgage marketing and development plans to meet production goals.
• Maintain knowledge of Mortgage Strategies, Policies and secondary market guidelines.
• Adhere to Truist policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide sound mortgage advice based on client needs and product benefits.

• Assist with document follow-up during quality control or post-closing review.
