Primary Residential Mortgage seeks a Regional Vice President / Producing Manager who will continue producing at a high level while stepping into leadership. You’ll scale your impact by guiding a team, mentoring colleagues, and recruiting talent on the sales side.

Expect top-tier compensation tied to divisional performance. This role emphasizes leadership over day-to-day operations, with dedicated support and a strong culture of accountability.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination, including principal lending management roles.
• Extensive experience managing and maintaining a network of referral partners.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire, train, lead, and motivate branch personnel.
• Knowledgeable of QC compliance.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Continue producing at a high level.

• Provide mentorship and group coaching (a few hours per week).
