Job summary

Primary Residential Mortgage is seeking a Regional Vice President / Producing Manager who will continue producing at a high level while stepping into leadership to scale the team and expand impact.

This role focuses on sales leadership, mentorship, and growth with dedicated operational support, allowing you to lead without getting bogged down in day-to-day tasks. You’ll drive performance and culture across the division.

Qualifications

• 5 years retail mortgage origination experience.
• Experience managing and maintaining a network of referral partners.
• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator and Mortgage Principal Lending License.

Responsibilities

• Continue producing at a high level while leading a team.
• Lead from the front through production and example.
• Provide mentorship and group coaching (a few hours per week).
• Help recruit and develop talent on the sales side.
• Drive culture, accountability, and performance.
