Primary Residential Mortgage seeks a Regional Vice President / Producing Manager in Fort Wayne, IN. This role blends leadership with active loan origination, focusing on growing the business while maintaining personal production.

You will mentor, recruit, and coach lenders, build referral partnerships, and scale divisional revenue through P&L ownership. Emphasize sales excellence, culture, and performance without daily operational drag.

Qualifications

• Retail mortgage origination experience required.
• At least 5 years in mortgage origination.
• Must hold MLO license and Mortgage Principal Lending License.
• Proven ability to recruit and manage referral partners.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
