Primary Residential Mortgage in the United States seeks a Regional Vice President / Producing Manager who will continue to originate while leading a growing sales team. This role emphasizes leadership without sacrificing personal production and leverages an established referral network.

You will recruit, train, and coach branch personnel, set performance expectations, and drive a culture of accountability. Competitive compensation is tied to divisional P&L and team results.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination, including Principal lending management roles.
• Extensive experience managing and maintaining a network of referral partners.
• Compliance with mortgage and fair lending laws and PRMI policies.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire, train, lead, and motivate branch personnel.
• Knowledgeable of QC compliance and mortgage operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front through production and example while scaling the team.
• Provide mentorship and group coaching to staff on a regular basis.
• Help recruit and develop sales talent across branches.
• Drive culture, accountability, and performance within the division.
