Job summary

System One, Inc. is seeking a Mortgage Records Management Specialist I for an onsite contract in Vienna, VA. The role involves handling mortgage documents, indexing, and ensuring compliance across multiple steps in the loan lifecycle.

You will manage document requests, coordinate with external parties, and support status reporting while maintaining confidentiality and following regulations.

Qualifications

• Exposure to highly sensitive, complex and urgent member requests.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience with automated systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with mortgage documentation and regulations is desired.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to queues via email/phone; format and index documents.
• Review system of records and confirm receipt of original documents.
• Coordinate with Procurement to store documents off-site.
• Index mortgage documents for efficient lookup and review.
• Prepare and deliver status reports to management.
• Distribute documents to relevant personnel for review.
