Job summary

NVR Mortgage is seeking a bright, customer-focused Loan Processor to work with homebuyers from Ryan Homes, NVHomes and Heartland Homes. You will be a liaison between borrower, sales team, and underwriting to ensure a smooth home-buying experience.

In this role you will maintain ongoing communications, manage multiple loan files, collect and record information, set up files and exhibits, and coordinate closing paperwork to ensure accuracy and a timely closing process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of loan processing experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with real estate documentation, underwriting policies, and compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple loan files and coordinate with underwriting and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Positively impact the customer experience while maintaining frequent communication with homebuyers.
• Maintain ongoing communication with NVR Mortgage and Homebuilding staff throughout the loan process.
• Manage multiple loan files, collect and record customer information, and ensure timely processing of mortgages.
• Set up loan files, order exhibits (VOEs, VODs, credit reports), and follow up on loans.
• Coordinate closing paperwork and ensure accuracy before passing to the closing department.
