Newrez is seeking a Portfolio Manager to lead client relationships for a select group of mortgage clients, driving profitability and service excellence. You will oversee servicing strategies, transaction facilitation, and risk management to sustain corporate objectives.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Mortgage Servicing, strong Excel-based analytics, and excellent communication. This role focuses on process improvements, client campaigns, and collaboration with Legal on servicing agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business discipline.
• 3+ years equivalent work experience in Mortgage Servicing, preferably in a client-facing function.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the key, empowered single point of contact for a dedicated group of 3rd party mortgage clients.
• Take responsibility for creating, designing, and implementing value-add business strategies and client campaigns.
• Be accountable for operational risk-management metrics including resolving issues.
• Manage delegated authority requests for a dedicated client group.
• Oversee transfers and complete required GSE forms and submissions.
• Oversee and manage repurchases with prior seller/servicers.
• Perform monthly GSE invoice oversight and root cause analysis.
• Demonstrate Root Cause Analysis for errors and improvements.
• Manage Individual Client P&Ls and negotiate fee schedules.
• Assist Portfolio Management with assimilating new third-party clients.
