Job summary

Newrez is seeking a Portfolio Manager to oversee client relationships for a dedicated group of mortgage clients. You will manage servicing oversight, strategy implementation, and profitability, acting as the primary point of contact and driving value for partners.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business and 3+ years in Mortgage Servicing or related areas, with strong Excel, SQL, and communication skills to support process improvements and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 3+ years in Mortgage Servicing or client-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of GSE guidelines is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key contact for 3rd party mortgage clients.
• Design and implement value-add client strategies and campaigns.
• Monitor operational risk metrics and resolve issues.
• Oversee transfer requests and GSE form submissions.
• Manage client P&Ls and negotiate fee schedules.
• Assist in onboarding new third-party clients.
