• Thorough knowledge of FHA/VA regulations, conventional loan requirements and real estate law.

Responsibilities

• Interviews applicants to collect and analyze income, assets, debts and credit data to assess loan eligibility.
• Determines which products best meet customer needs and advises on mortgage options.
• Markets and promotes mortgage products and develops new mortgage business.
• Represents the bank in the community and with real estate professionals to generate business.
• Ensures lending compliance with origination procedures and regulatory requirements.
