Responsibilities

• Interview applicants to collect income, assets, debts and credit data.
• Independently assess applicant’s credit worthiness and issue pre-qualification statements.
• Advise on loan products and promote the bank’s mortgage offerings.
• Cultivate new mortgage business and travel to meet clients/ Realtors/ builders.
