Responsibilities include interviewing applicants, collecting income/credit data, assessing credit-worthiness, presenting loan options, and cultivating new business with Realtors and builders while ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Ensures compliance with origination procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Represents the bank in the community and with real estate professionals.
