Qualifications

• 1-2 years in residential mortgage lending, mortgage operations, or closely related experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and written/verbal communication.
• Ability to prioritize, manage time, and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide flexible, cross-functional support across mortgage operations.
• Develop proficiency in at least two Operations Support functions and back up others as needed.
• Coordinate with processors, underwriters, closers, account executives, and vendors to ensure timely loan progression.
• Follow investor requirements, regulatory requirements, and company procedures.
