Responsibilities

• Lead operational strategies for mortgage and organizational objectives.
• Oversee processing, closing, post-closing, and servicing delivery.
• Establish performance standards and monitor productivity, cycle times, service levels, quality, and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, scalability, automation, and technology.
• Partner with Mortgage Sales, Mortgage Underwriting, Risk, Compliance, and leadership to align priorities.
