Job summary

Equity Bank in Wichita, Kansas is seeking a Mortgage Processor to join Mortgage Operations on-site. The role supports loan processing through ordering appraisals and title work, reviewing documents, and coordinating closings to ensure timely funding.

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with a focus on compliance and customer service. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in loan processing, TRID knowledge, and strong organizational skills to manage a busy pipeline and deliver accurate results

Qualifications

• 1-2 years loan processing/closing experience with FHA/VA/USDA and conventional loans
• TRID experience and understanding of agency guidelines
• Knowledge of compliance and disclosure requirements
• Ability to make decisions in a time-sensitive manner

Responsibilities

• Process and close loans in accordance with agency and investor guidelines, policies, procedures and clear to close conditions
• Order title work, appraisals, and verifications as required
• Review documents for accuracy before underwriting
• Manage daily loan pipeline to meet deadlines
• Coordinate loan closings with title company and lender
• Disburse loan funds and handle investor/Quality Control requests
• Maintain loan documents in LOS and ensure proper upload to files
