Qualifications

• 2+ years mortgage experience
• TRID experience preferred
• Experience with Ellie Mae Encompass LOS preferred
• Extensive knowledge of mortgage lending practices and regulations preferred
• Ability to process high volume, time-sensitive transactions
• Detail oriented and well organized

Responsibilities

• Coordinator for the Quality Control Post-Closing process between the Bank and Quality Control vendor-liaison to pull report to send to vendor
• Follow up on trailing documents to ensure Bank has all recorded documents and final title policies
• Research and pay invoices as necessary
• Adverse Actions and Adverse Action notices processing
• Scan documents into Encompass and Director
• Review and interpret loan information to determine required disclosures
• Monitor daily pipelines for re-disclosure packages within regulated timeframes
• Lock Desk duties including rate locks and extensions
• Data entry for all mandatory loan sales and investor information updates
• Post Close support and back up for Post Closers
